Here are a few early photos of Prague. I'll be posting a lot more photos once I get back to my desktop computer. This place is absolutely beautiful!
I'm in Amsterdam this morning waiting for my flight to the Czech Republic. I'll be visiting Prague (also known as Praha) for the next 5 days on business. I should arrive in a few hours. Here are a couple photos of the Schiphol airport in Amsterdam/North Holland.
Peterson, Meader and I went to Smith Rock today (see the pictures below). We hiked about 5 miles further than our old bodies were prepared to go. We traveled to Bend Oregon with some friends for the weekend. Today we went to the Death Cab for Cutie show at the Les Schwab Amphitheater in the Old Mill District. Below are a couple photos of the show (credit blurry photos: Brian Mead). I also threw in a photo of Walter - Ryan and Rebecca's bulldog puppy.

Thomas Weinberger from Munich, Germany, uses a very interesting method in his photography. It's called synthesen and as you can see, the images below are almost surreal. Wienberger's technique is to take two photographs - one durring the daylight hours and one at night - then he combines them. The photographs are from the same physcial location. Just to the lower right of the moon is a clutch of stars known as the Beehive Cluster, or Praesepe, in the constellation Cancer, and to the right of that is the planet Saturn.
