Information about Posted Policies
Posted policies are important for any legitimate hosting company. These fronting documents are designed to protect your business and help you sell your services. Terms of Service (TOS) policies, Privacy Policies and Acceptable Use policies should all be posted on your site (and if necessary on your customers’ sites). Between these three documents, you are defining your services, the level at which you are guaranteeing your services, the policies and structure regarding how your company handles the information that the website collects and what rules you specify with regards to the proper use of the systems and/or networks of your computer environment.
These three policies are discussed in this section. In addition, I’ve posted several online resources (just under the links to the right) in case you need more information.
